JADE, Jessie Buckley and stars from The Celebrity Traitors lined up for The Graham Norton Show
Paul Rudd, Jack Black, Jessie Buckley and Timothée Chalamet among major stars confirmed for The Graham Norton Show in the coming weeks. There's also a very special reunion from The Celebrity Traitors lined up.
The Graham Norton Show is closing out the year in spectacular fashion, with an impressive line-up of Hollywood heavyweights, award-winning musicians and beloved comedy icons set to appear across its December episodes. The BBC’s flagship chat show is known for delivering some of the most entertaining celebrity combinations on television—and this year's festive run looks to be one of its biggest yet.
Friday 19 December: Hollywood comedy giants and acclaimed actors unite
The final pre-Christmas episode on Friday 19 December brings together an irresistible mix of talent. Jack Black and Paul Rudd, two of Hollywood’s most beloved comedy stars, will appear together for the first time to discuss their upcoming horror meta-reboot Anaconda. Expect chaos, laughter, and the kind of off-the-rails anecdotes only these two could deliver.
Joining them is the extraordinary Jessie Buckley, who will be talking about her role as Agnes, the wife of William Shakespeare, in the much-anticipated tragic drama Hamnet. Buckley’s transformative performances have earned her a reputation as one of the most versatile actors working today.
Also on the sofa is writer, actress and comedian Michelle de Swarte, the creative force behind the hit BBC sitcom Spent, where she stars in a sharply funny and brilliantly observed take on modern life and relationships.
Friday 12 December: Timothée Chalamet leads a star-studded couch
The week before, on Friday 12 December, the show welcomes Oscar-nominee Timothée Chalamet, who will be discussing his new table-tennis comedy-drama Marty Supreme. His eclectic career choices continue to surprise and delight audiences.
He’ll be joined by the legendary Emma Thompson, who stars in the Apple TV conspiracy thriller Down Cemetery Road, as well as comedy great Rowan Atkinson, returning as chaotic everyman Trevor Bingley in the newest instalment of Man vs. Baby.
Music on the night comes from Brit Award-winner JADE, who will add her signature vocals to what promises to be a standout episode.
Friday 5 December: A powerhouse mix of film, politics and comedy
Kicking off the month on Friday 5 December, the show welcomes Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet, who appears both as star and first-time director of the festive drama Goodbye June. She sits alongside former New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, whose new documentary Prime Minister charts her five years in office.
Rounding out the sofa are Alan Carr, fresh from his victory on Celebrity Traitors, and US talk-show favourite Seth Meyers, bringing his razor-sharp wit from late-night TV to the UK.
The episode features music from Cat Burns, performing There’s Just Something About Her from her acclaimed album How to Be Human.
