Virgin Radio announces new signings

Virgin Radio has kicked off the new year with an overhaul.

At Christmas, a number of presenters left the station - with Sean Goldsmith, Olivia Jones, Jayne Middlemiss, Ryan Tubridy, Tom Allen, Angela Scanlon, Dick n Dom, Harpz Kaar, Rich Williams and Graeme Smith all making way for a new raft of names.

Virgin Radio has gone back to its roots, scrapping its attempt to emulate BBC Radio 2 and instead focussing on credible presenters like Emma B, Geoff Lloyd and Goldierocks.
