Trailer & poster unveiled for new festive family feature film Tinsel Town
Sky Cinema today unveiled the official poster and first trailer for its upcoming festive family comedy Tinsel Town, giving audiences a first look at the holiday adventure starring Emmy Award winner Kiefer Sutherland (Designated Survivor, 24) and multi-talented actress, writer, and producer Rebel Wilson (Bridesmaids, Pitch Perfect, JoJo Rabbit). The film will premiere on Sky Cinema on 5th December 2025.
Sutherland stars as Bradley Mack, a washed-up Hollywood action hero who finds himself in a quaint, snow-covered village to headline the community’s quirky stage production of Cinderella. There, he meets an eccentric mix of locals who slowly win him over — among them the tough, no-nonsense choreographer Jill, played by Wilson.

Katherine Ryan (The Duchess) joins the cast as Mack’s long-suffering agent, while the village’s residents are brought to life by an impressive ensemble including Derek Jacobi (Gladiator II), Mawaan Rizwan (Juice), Maria Friedman (Unforgotten), Jason Manford (Waterloo Road), Asim Chaudhry (People Just Do Nothing), Danny Dyer (Rivals), Ray Fearon (Barbie), Alice Eve (Star Trek Into Darkness), Lucien Laviscount (Emily in Paris), and James Lance (Ted Lasso). Meera Syal (The Wheel of Time) appears as the play’s spirited director, while rising star Savannah Lee Smith (Cruel Intentions), Theodora Williams in her feature debut, Matilda Firth (Wolf Man), and Eden Hamilton (The Railway Children Return) round out the cast.
The screenplay was written by Frazer Flintham, Adam Brown, and Piers Ashworth, with additional material by Jake Brunger, and the film is directed by Chris Foggin (Bank of Dave). Tinsel Town is produced by Matt Williams and Pascal Degove of Future Artists Entertainment, along with Ava Aashna Chopra, and executive produced by Laura Grange, Piers Tempest, Martin Owen, and Julia Stuart.
The Sky Original Film Tinsel Town will make its debut on Sky Cinema on 5th December 2025.
