Chris Evans makes huge return to "Breakfast TV" with Virgin Radio
Chris Evans has revolutionised British radio with an innovative format and a UK first - live, in-vision broadcasting that fans can watch on their TVs or on the go.
From now, each morning fans of his brilliant Virgin Radio Breakfast Show with the National Lottery can watch live from 8am, as Chris welcomes big name guests to the studio. And fans of TFI Friday will be thrilled to learn Chris now broadcasts live from a studio that pays homage to his classic TFI studio - no headphones, just unfilntered conversation across a table.

It looks and sounds amazing, and we are here for it.
Chris told fans 'We developed the studio and a brilliant guy called Marcus Blee who designed the original TFI Friday set came back in here and then came around to my house and had a chat to me and my wife and had a look around. 'He said, “I can do that again," and he did this in 48 hours. I thought he just accidentally resent the original TFI images. But no, it's exactly like he designed it.
Fans can watch live on the Virgin Radio app - available on phones, tablets, laptops and on smart TVs. As Chris himself acknowledged, it marks a huge return to breakfast tv for the star who made his name on Channel 4's The Big Breakfast.

This morning, the host was joined by Hollywood icon Micha Barton and British acting icon Jack O'Connell. Over the next few days, he'll be joined by alex James, Anton Du Beke, Philip Glenister and David Baddiel.
The new look Breakfast Show sits alongside a refreshed Virgin Radio UK schedule for 2026, which includes Emma B on mornings, Geoff Lloyd back in his rightful place in the evenings and new weekend shows from Ana Matronic, Huey Morgan and Alex James.
Virgin Radio has never looked or sounded better.
