Where is Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball 2025?
The event takes place at The O2 Arena in London, one of the most iconic live music venues in the UK. Doors open at 4:30 PM, with shows starting at 6:00 PM and finishing around 10:00 PM each night.
What Type of Tickets Are Available?
The O2 now uses a mobile ticketing system via the AXS app. This means:

Tickets are digital only and will live on your smartphone.

Tickets can be downloaded to your AXS app no later than 14 days before the event.

If you don’t have a smartphone, you can collect tickets from The O2 Box Office with your booking card, photo ID, and confirmation email.
Each person can purchase up to 6 tickets per credit card.
Important: Tickets are only valid if purchased through AXS or AXS Official Resale. Tickets bought from other agents like Viagogo or StubHub will be invalid.
Can I Transfer or Resell My Ticket?
Yes. Tickets can only be resold through AXS Official Resale. This ensures that fans have a safe and secure way to transfer tickets to other fans if they are no longer able to attend.
