Now, Best is set to tackle his biggest live television challenge yet as he hits the ballroom for the brand-new series of Strictly Come Dancing, launching this Saturday night on BBC One.
However, despite a grueling schedule that already features daily morning radio, live reality TV, and dance rehearsals, an Instagram post revealed an even bigger milestone: he is about to become a dad!
His co-hosts on the Hits Radio Breakfast Show, Fleur East and James Barr, got all the gossip on this morning’s show..
Will said: ‘Tobi and I are having a baby! They’re going to be bopping about soon and they can’t wait to come on the radio and chat to everyone. People won’t be able to tell the difference, to be fair, between the baby and me, I’d imagine. I was hoping you guys could be permanent full-time nannies – for me and that means that Tobi can then look after the baby!’
Will also revealed that he’s already worried about how the new baby is going to impact on his Strictly experience telling Fleur: ‘Obviously I’ll be missing the little nipper and you know, I’ll be tired. I mean, I’ve already done some little interviews for Strictly, where I’ve talked about Tobi and stuff, and I’ve already cried. So I’m going to be a blubbering mess.’
