Debuting alongside this season’s tournament is “The Hangout”, a live studio format airing from 17:00 to 22:30 BST across every League Phase and Quarter-Final matchday. Anchored by Alex Scott MBE and Shebahn Aherne, the show combines tactical analysis with fan interaction, featuring former pros like Leanne Sanderson and Nedum Onuoha alongside social media creators.
Every game will feature commentary in English and the native languages of the competing teams, while pitchside reporters will cover action on the ground. The coverage adds to Disney+ and ESPN’s growing European sports lineup, which also includes Formula E, domestic football leagues, and major U.S. sports properties.
