Sara Cox Books Star-Studded Week on BBC Radio 2 with Holly Willoughby and Peter Kay

BBC Radio 2’s The Sara Cox Breakfast Show is lining up a massive week of guest appearances, securing two of the UK’s biggest stars for exclusive studio catch-ups.

Broadcaster Holly Willoughby and comedy giant Peter Kay are both slated to drop in next week, giving listeners an insider look at their latest high-profile projects.

Holly Willoughby Kicks Off Monday Morning

Opening the week on Monday, Holly Willoughby will sit down with Sara to reveal the details behind her transition into digital broadcasting.

The former This Morning star will be discussing her brand-new multi-platform series, Holly Willoughby Together, which officially premieres on YouTube on Tuesday. The new show is set to feature:

  • Two weekly drops: Launching Tuesday with a second instalment following on Friday.
  • Five core segments: Spanning real-life stories, cooking, style, wellness, and casual chats with celebrity guests.
  • A star-studded guest list: Early episodes feature big names including Stanley Tucci, Emma Bunton, and Katherine Ryan.

Peter Kay Mid-Week Exclusive

On Wednesday, the studio doors open for comedy legend Peter Kay, who is stopping by to talk about the final stretch of his historic return to the stage.

Having shattered records as the only artist in the world to perform a monthly residency at London’s O2 Arena, Kay’s marathon tour is finally drawing to a close. He will be chatting to Sara about wrapping up the run with a series of special charity fundraiser arena dates, where 100% of the profits are being donated across 12 leading UK cancer charities.

The Sara Cox Breakfast Show airs weekdays from 6:30am on BBC Radio 2 and BBC Sounds.
