TV Tonight: Formula E live from London

What to watch tonight: Channel 4 take us track-side at Excel London for today’s Formula E race, today at 4.30pm.

Yesterday, Jake Dennis navigated a crazy Hankook London E-Prix Round 15 to come home second; enough to make sure of sealing the 2022/23 ABB FIA Formula E World Drivers' Championship, as Mitch Evans took the chequered flag first for Jaguar TCS Racing.

Today, it's the final round of Season 9. Brit Jake Dennis took a 24-point lead over New Zealander Nick Cassidy into his home ePrix and will be gunning to take the championship in front of a home crowd. He led from start to finish in Rome.

But he still needs to make good around the ExCel track, in London's docklands. The stats are on his side - home drivers have won four out of the eight races held in the UK. The track is unique, with inside and outside sections, enabled by Formula E's lack of emissions.

Which means that the drivers face the challenge of variable light conditions and changes to the racing surface. By the end of Round 16, there'll be a champion.
