Humax TV Tonight: Wonders of the World I Can’t See

Wonders of the World I Can’t See is on Channel 4 tonight at 9pm.

Watch, record or stream it with a Humax set-top box.

Comedian Chris McCausland is travelling across the globe to explore some of the world's most iconic, unforgettable landmarks - but in a new, unique way to discover things that the ordinary traveller might miss. Chris is blind, and in each episode he's joined by a different celebrity guest as his travelling companion. As well as trying to bring these magnificent places to life with their words alone, Chris's companions will do their best to prove to him that there's much more to visiting these places than just what they look like. But will they manage to convince him that it was worth getting off his couch in the first place? In episode one, Chris is joined by comedy legend Harry Hill for a trip to the Acropolis in the Greek capital Athens. They soak up some local culture, including sea fishing, pottery making, olive oil tasting and Greek drama lessons, and even try their hand at a few Olympic sports in the iconic Panathenaic Stadium.

But when it comes to the Acropolis and its crowning jewel the Parthenon, will Chris get as much out of it as Harry hopes?
