Laura wants to downsize to a £4m pad in Chelsea - can Constance manage expectations and deliver the goods? And Constance meets up with Princess Diana's bridesmaid SJ, who has converted her lower ground Knightsbridge flat into two separate apartments to the tune of £120,000. Situated in a beautiful period building with access to the prestigious Cadogan Square Gardens, it has a steam room and multiple luxury bathrooms, not to mention another 1000-square-foot apartment through a secret door, with two double ensuite bedrooms and a huge living area. But will Constance hit the right numbers for SJ in her new valuation?
