Britain's toughest patisserie competition continues with hosts Ellie Taylor and Liam Charles welcoming pastry chefs from hotels, restaurants, patisserie shops, and small ventures across the UK. These talented chefs face two days of rigorous challenges set by world-class pâtissier experts Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden.

The search for Britain's best pastry chefs reaches an intense stage as the Final Six teams, comprising the top three teams from each heat, come together in a chocolate-fuelled battle to secure a spot in the final.

For their first challenge, the chefs must create two batches of chocolate bars: 24 gourmet bars and 24 fusion bars, showcasing their creativity and technical skills. In the second challenge, the chefs are tasked with crafting a hanging showpiece made entirely from chocolate and delicately suspended from the ceiling, inspired by the theme of Mythical Beasts. This gravity-defying creation must also feature chocolate desserts sitting atop their legendary creatures, demonstrating both structural ingenuity and exquisite taste.

As the competition heats up, the pressure mounts. Which five teams will have their prayers answered and make it through to the quarter-final, and who will be going home?
