Tonight, leveraging her extensive experience in renovation, Kirstie takes on the role of a peacemaker, endeavoring to reconcile feuding couples across the UK and inspire them to rediscover love for their homes. Meanwhile, Phil, fresh from a previous series victory, showcases stunning properties in an attempt to persuade families to consider listing them.

In this episode, Kirstie and Phil head to Chippenham to assist Tim and Sonia, who moved into Tim's childhood home eight years ago to care for his elderly mother. Unfortunately, Sonia became the primary caregiver until the sad passing of Tim's mother. Tim and his daughter Ella are eager to list the property, as it represents a challenging period in their lives, and they yearn for a fresh start in a new home. However, Sonia is determined to love the existing home, believing that with some thoughtful renovations, they can embark on a new chapter in their lives within those walls.

Kirstie faces the daunting task of transforming an outdated interior and a maze of small, isolated rooms into a vibrant, sociable space suitable for the enthusiastic entertainers Tim and Sonia aspire to be. Simultaneously, Phil goes above and beyond to locate the ideal party-ready residence, complete with the countryside views that Tim desires.
