The Apprentice: Formula E Task

The Apprentice continues Thursday 29 February at 9pm on BBC One and iPlayer with a Formula E task.

It's week five and the candidates are tasked with launching a new Formula E team before pitching for sponsorship. Multimillion-pound negotiations are put in jeopardy when disastrous car designs are unveiled and questionable branding is revealed. In the boardroom, the chequered flag comes down on another candidate.

Speaking about the show, Lord Sugar says: "I love doing it. I know Karren loves doing it. Tim loves doing it. And bear in mind that we've got people coming along now who 20 years ago weren't even born. Or we've got people coming along now who were five years or six years old when they first started watching The Apprentice through their mums and dads. And now they're coming on the show. So, it's great. It's fantastic. And it's a great BBC programme".
