Entertainment News: S Club say their upcoming tour will be a celebration, despite Paul’s death.

S Club have been discussing their upcoming arena tour, telling Heart Breakfast it “won’t be a memorial service”.

Speaking on the show this morning, Jon Lee said “there was a moment we took pause obviously, it had to sink in, it was a massive shock obviously so we all had to take a bit of tim

e, but there was never a moment where we said we weren’t going to do it, because honestly, out of all of us, he was the one most excited. We have to carry on and do this for him. We’re obviously super excited and the tour is going to be, like Jo said before, a celebration of everything we’ve done, it’s not a memorial service, you’re not coming to be sad, you’re coming to celebrate 25 years later”.

The band were also asked how it’s been since they’ve reformed, with Tina saying “Some people say when they leave a band they aren’t recognized, but I feel like we still were a bit. They play our songs at weddings so we still, now it’s a bit of a shock”.
