Invasion Season 2 trailer released by Apple TV+
Entertainment News: Invasion Season 2 is coming to Apple TV+ this August and the official trailer was released today.
Invasion follows an alien invasion through different perspectives around the world, with characters based in the US, Europe, the UK and Asia.
The first episode of its ten-episode second season will drop on Wednesday 23 August, followed by one new episode weekly, every Wednesday all the way through until October 25, 2023.
Apple TV say: “The action-packed second season of “Invasion” picks up just months later with the aliens escalating their attacks in an all-out war against the humans. The trailer gives a suspenseful sneak peek into the new season, as aliens and destruction abound, answers are relentlessly pursued and the fight for the world’s survival continues”.
The cast for season 2 inclides Golshifteh Farahani, Shioli Kutsuna, Shamier Anderson, India Brown, Billy Barratt, Azhy Robertson, Paddy Holland and Tara Moayedi. New series regulars joining season two include Enver Gjokaj, Nedra Marie Taylor and Naian González Norvind.

Season 1 was met with a mixed response with some critics calling it “slow”, as the tension built up over a number of episodes before the aliens were actually seen. But The Version rated it 4/5, for it’s brilliant drama and production.
The first season is available to stream now on Apple TV+.
