Production to begin on Gangs of London season 3

News: Production is to begin on the third season of Sky's gripping drama, Gangs of London.

According to The Sun, pre-production is almost complete and filming will begin within the next few weeks in the capital. It comes after the second season maintained high viewing figures for Sky Atlantic back in November 2022, with Joe Cole, Sean Wallace and Sope Dirisu among the cast.

The first season was he biggest Sky Original drama launch on Sky Atlantic of the past five years with a 7-day cumulative audience of over 2.23m* viewers for the opening episode, back in 2021. It meant the drama overtook other smash-hit Sky Originals including Chernobyl and Save Me.

More than twenty million downloads of the show via Sky TV and NOW have secured it as one of the broadcasters' biggest dramas to date.

There is no official word on when Gangs of London season 3 will air who who will lead the cast.
