Mean Girls is coming to Sky Cinema Premieres this July
Mean Girls leads the big movies coming to Sky Cinema in the UK this July.
From the comedic genius of Tina Fey comes a fresh take on the modern classic, MEAN GIRLS. The story follows new student Cady Heron (Angourie Rice) as she ascends to the top of the high school social hierarchy, welcomed by an elite group of popular girls known as “The Plastics.” This clique is dominated by the manipulative queen bee Regina George (Reneé Rapp) and her loyal followers, Gretchen (Bebe Wood) and Karen (Avantika).
Cady’s status becomes precarious when she makes the mistake of falling for Regina’s ex-boyfriend, Aaron Samuels (Christopher Briney), putting her directly in Regina’s line of fire.
Determined to dethrone Regina, Cady teams up with her outcast friends Janis (Auli’i Cravalho) and Damian (Jaquel Spivey) to bring down the school’s apex predator. In the process, Cady must navigate the treacherous waters of high school and stay true to herself in the most cutthroat environment of all: high school.
