He then prepares a fresh, seasonal oozy pea risotto, and with carrots from his vegetable patch, he makes a rainbow slaw served with griddled chicken in a toasted wrap. Finally, he cooks stunning mackerel, served on a bed of sundried tomato couscous and multicolored beetroots. Additionally, Jamie shows how to create space-saving hanging baskets with edible fruits and vegetables instead of flowers.
