How to Watch and Listen to the First Night of the Proms Tonight
The 2024 BBC Proms season kicks off tonight, Friday 19 July, marking the beginning of eight weeks of world-class music at the Royal Albert Hall. Running until Saturday 14 September, this year’s Proms promises an extraordinary lineup of performances by leading orchestras, conductors, and soloists from the UK and around the globe.

Clive Myrie and special guests will be live from the Royal Albert Hall on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer starting at 7pm. For those who prefer to listen, Georgia Mann and Petroc Trelawny will be live from the Royal Albert Hall from 6.30pm on BBC Radio 3 and BBC Sounds.
