Challengers, The Fall Guy and Back to Black are ALL coming to Rakuten TV this June

Zendaya’s CHALLENGERS and Ryan Gosling’s THE FALL GUY are two of the hit films fresh from the cinema arriving this month on Rakuten TV. Rakuten TV is one of Europe’s leading streaming platforms that allows viewers to rent, purchase, or watch films and entertainment content for free without a subscription.

CHALLENGERS, starring the globally acclaimed Zendaya, is now available to buy and rent for £19.99 and £15.99 respectively. Directed by Luca Guadagnino, this exciting tennis drama features a tangled love triangle involving a former tennis star turned coach (Zendaya) and the two men competing for her affection and the next title on the ATP Challenger tour.

Starting 3rd June, the hit action comedy THE FALL GUY will be available on the platform. Starring Ryan Gosling, Emily Blunt, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Hannah Waddingham, the film follows stuntman Colt Seavers (Gosling) as he works on his ex-girlfriend’s movie and gets entangled in a conspiracy involving the film’s lead actor.

Also new to Rakuten TV is the highly anticipated Amy Winehouse biopic BACK TO BLACK. Marisa Abela portrays the iconic singer’s life and music, chronicling her journey from adolescence to adulthood and the creation of one of the best-selling albums of our time.

Dystopian action-comedy BOY KILLS WORLD, starring Bill Skarsgard, is another early home release available from 10th June. The film follows Boy, a deaf individual with a vivid imagination, who is trained by a shaman to become a lethal weapon after his family is murdered.

Other new titles available to purchase and rent on Rakuten TV this month include the dystopian thriller CIVIL WAR, family drama BUTTERFLY TALE, British rom-com THIS TIME NEXT YEAR, and the Oscar-nominated feature IO CAPITANO.

In celebration of Pride Month in June, Rakuten TV is launching a collection of LGBTQI+ titles that highlight pivotal stories in the LGBTQI+ movement. The Pride content collection, available in Rakuten TV’s free-to-view ad-supported section, includes Stonewall, Scenes of a Sexual Nature, Anything, A Kid Like Jake, JT Leroy, Mapplethorpe, My Days of Mercy, and Unsound. Additionally, the LGBTQI+ channel Revri is available to watch for free on the platform.

Rakuten TV’s ad-supported section has also added more free-to-watch films, including Fantastic Mr. Fox, Upside Down, Acts of Vengeance, Life, Animated, and Martin Lawrence’s popular Big Mommas franchise, featuring Big Momma’s House, Big Momma’s House 2, and Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son.

In Rakuten TV’s FAST section, viewers can stay updated with election coverage on the Euronews channel or watch the new channel Ice Pilots, which features a docu-series about Buffalo Airways flying vintage warplanes across the Arctic.

Ahead of the release of Bad Boys: Ride or Die in cinemas, viewers can catch up on the Will Smith franchise with Bad Boys, available to buy on promotional offer for only £3.99.
