BBC to broadcast Country Music Awards in full in UK first

The BBC is to bring UK viewers the 2024 Country Music Awards in full, for the first time.

Fans will be able to watch the CMA’s on BBC iPlayer. They can also listen on BBC Sounds. The show will be available from 1.50-4am UK time on Thursday 21 November. BBC Four also broadcasts a 90 minute highlights show on Friday 29 November.

The 58th Country Music Awards will be hosted by Luke Bryan, Peyton Manning and Lainey Wilson. The CMAs are back to celebrate music over the last year on country music’s biggest night.

Morgan Wallen has received the most nominations this year, but he is in good company alongside stars such as Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton, Post Malone and one of the show’s own hosts, Lainey Wilson.

Also, this Thursday from 9pm, Bob Harris has all the highlights from country’s biggest night of the year on his BBC Radio 2 Country show.
