Apple TV+ is kicking off 2025 with a gripping new thriller, Prime Target, starring SAG Award winner Leo Woodall (The White Lotus, One Day) and Quintessa Swindell (Black Adam, In Treatment). Created by award-winning writer Steve Thompson (Sherlock, Vienna Blood), this eight-episode drama is set to premiere globally on January 22, 2025.
What is ‘Prime Target’ about?
At the heart of Prime Target is Edward Brooks (Leo Woodall), a brilliant young math postgraduate on the brink of a groundbreaking discovery. Brooks is on the cusp of uncovering a pattern in prime numbers that could revolutionize cybersecurity, giving him access to every computer system in the world. However, his work makes him the focus of shadowy forces determined to obliterate his idea before it sees the light of day.
Enter Taylah Sanders (Quintessa Swindell), a sharp NSA agent tasked with monitoring mathematicians. As Edward and Taylah cross paths, they find themselves unraveling a vast conspiracy that threatens not only Edward’s future but global security itself.

When and How to Watch ‘Prime Target’
