Jonathan Bailey will be talking about returning to theatre to star in Richard II. The official synopsis for the play reads “Richard II is charismatic, eloquent, and flamboyantly witty. And a disastrous King– dishonest, dangerous, and politically incompetent. Echoing down the centuries is the perennial problem: how to deal with a ruler who has a rock-solid right to rule but is set on wrecking the country he leads. Shakespeare’s subtle, caustic, and powerful play revolves round two startlingly modern figures: Richard, an autocrat who believes he is divinely sanctioned, and Henry Bullingbrook, a hard-headed pragmatist who has genuine authority”.

This new version of Shakespeare’s play will run at Bridge Theatre in London, between 10 February and 10 May 2025. Prices range from just £20 – £90, with premium packages also available.

Jonathan will also be discussing the success of Wicked, which is now available to stream at home, and his return to the Bridgerton universe in new spin-off ‘Bridgerton: Ever After’ coming later this year.

‘Back In Action’: Cameron Diaz returns to showbiz

Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz will be discussing new movie ‘Back in Action’, Cameron’s first film project after a ten year hiatus. The synopsis for this new Netflix original, out today, reads: “Years after giving up life as CIA spies to start a family, Emily and Matt find themselves dragged back into the world of espionage when their cover is blown. Back in Action is directed by Seth Gordon (Horrible Bosses, Baywatch), from a script he co-wrote with Brendan O’Brien.”.

Oscar winner Michelle Yeoh, completes the lineup, talking about Star Trek: Section 31. Star Trek: Section 31 premieres on January 24, exclusively on Paramount+. In this new original movie, Academy Award® winner Michelle Yeoh reprises her Star Trek: Discovery role as Emperor Philippa Georgiou, who joins a secret division of Starfleet. Tasked with protecting the United Federation of Planets, she also must face the sins of her past. Watch the trailer, below:
