Shock new claims have been filed in a lawsuit this weekend.

A lawsuit filed Sunday accuses Jay-Z (Shawn Carter) and Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping a 13-year-old girl at a party following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.

The accuser, identified as “Jane Doe,” alleges she was drugged and assaulted by the two men. Carter has denied the allegations, calling them “idiotic” and accusing the plaintiff’s lawyer of blackmail. Combs, already facing separate criminal charges, also denied the claims. The accuser seeks damages under New York’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. Both defendants have refuted the allegations.

The federal lawsuit was first filed in October in the Southern District of New York, naming Diddy as a defendant. On Sunday, December 8, the lawsuit was updated and refiled to include Jay-Z’s name.
