The holiday season gets off to a bumpy start when the ship’s Santa falls ill, threatening to disappoint the passengers. Bev tasks Jack with finding a replacement, and his search leads him to Buddy, a seasoned comedian in Dubrovnik who seems like the perfect choice. But unforeseen twists throw Jack’s plans into chaos, forcing everyone to rally together to save Christmas on board.

Meanwhile, Jamil sees the Santa dilemma as his moment to shine. Inspired by Jack and fueled by dreams of performing, he volunteers to play an elf, throwing himself wholeheartedly into the role and bringing festive cheer to the ship.

Jack also takes on a personal mission: to reignite Kate’s holiday spirit and help her rediscover the magic of Christmas. As they spend more time together, their bond grows stronger, sparking hope for something more this holiday season.

Amid the festivities, tension simmers between Kate and Piers as they navigate working together post-breakup. When Piers is faced with a new career opportunity, he must weigh the possibility of making a life-changing decision.

Adding to the mix, the ship’s dynamic shifts with the arrival of Frankie, the assertive new Head of Security who makes an immediate impact. At the same time, Bev contemplates an exciting new opportunity, which could mark the start of a fresh chapter in her own life.
